Breathwork coaching provides you with the necessary skills to reset your nervous system and release negative emotions trapped in the body. Through simple breathing techniques, we can learn to regulate our nervous system and foster tranquility, resilience and creativity, revealing the essence of who we truly are.

One-on-One & Group Breathwork

One-on-one breathwork sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Alternatively, you can join one of our group sessions, utilizing a group intention or creating an individual intention for your session. Either way, you can reap the healing benefits of breathwork retreats. 

Corporate Breathwork Retreats

Build resilience and connection within your team. Co-regulation is an important part of team building, strengthening bonds and vitality. Our breathwork retreats in Northern California are geared towards creating well-being within the individual, thereby creating well-being and coherence within the team.

Wellness Breathwork Retreats

Self care is often left on the back burner for when we feel we have enough money and can take time away from family and work. The time is NOW!  Invest in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. We offer Northern California wellnes retreats from 3-30 days, creating time and space for YOU!
